P90X Kenpo X Workout Results Day 13


Description: http://www.FatLossBlogger.com Today was day 13 of P90X and the workout video i watched was Kenpo X. in my opinion, Kenpo X is the easiest of the P90X workouts that ive done up to this point and it definitely isnt as intense as the others. i did well with the routine today and was able to push myself really hard. i didnt get sick, so that may be due to the fact that i waited for an hour and a half after eating to begin my workout (thanks makingachangefl for that tip). Well see how it works out on the more intense workouts this coming week. Tomorrow is day 14 which means that its a rest day and also time to take my new pictures and measurements. i was very pleased with my progress during week one, so im really looking forward to seeing what kind of improvements i was able to make in week two.
